The purest form of this gourmet restaurant's vision is in their bread. The organic flour already smells of a fresh loaf when you open a sack. This flour is mixed with water and allowed to ferment gathering the wild yeast and finally baked to yield a moist, crispy-crusted bread.
Nell Thorn strives to use only organically grown produce to bring you more flavor and to support the vibrancy of the soil. Their sea creatures are wild and the poultry is free to roam eating a healthy diet.
